TASTING NOTES
Butterfly pea flowers release a beautiful blue pigment into this citrus ginger infusion.

Add a generous squeeze of lemon and watch the colour change! Delicious hot or over ice.

INGREDIENTS
Lemongrass, Ginger, Lemon, Cinnamon pieces, Hibiscus, Apple, Butterfly Pea Flower, Lemon Verbena, Clove, Cardamom, Black pepper, Stevia, Cornflower petals, Natural flavour

Traditional Preparation: Measure 1 tsp of loose tea and add to a tea filter or strainer (or use one teabag). Steep in 8-12 oz freshly boiled water for 5 minutes. Delicious on its own, or lightly sweetened. Enjoy hot, or over ice.
